Foster Kitten Captures Hearts By Smiling Adorably During A Photo Shoot

Little kittens who wind up in an animal shelter have had a difficult beginning. Rarely do the story of these furry newborns involve kindness, from abuse to abandonment. But despite the hardships these kittens face, one small cat by the name of Blossom wasn’t going to give up. Blossom had the nicest and most unexpected grin during a picture shoot in 2019!

Blossom and her littermates are presently being cared for by foster mother Lauren Boutz. Blossom enchanted Boutz with the cutest smile ever when she was getting pictures shot of the three cats, which she dubbed the “Powerpurr Girls.”

Thank goodness, Boutz was able to quickly capture Blossom’s charming smile, which she then uploaded online. The image gained instant notoriety. The image was shared and loved by tens of thousands of people on Facebook. It’s hardly surprising that individuals wanted to show their friends Blossom’s grin since it was too contagious.

According to Boutz, who works for the City of Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department as a foster parent, she specializes in taking care of kittens. Along with highlighting Blossom, Boutz also attracted attention to her identical twin sisters, Bubbles and Buttercup. The kittens were just 5 weeks old when the images were uploaded.

Even though the pictures were shared a while ago, Blossom in particular has continued to receive praise for how lovely the kitty was.

Blossom and her littermates have won the hearts of people all across the world, with some users even commenting that the adorable pictures made them weep!
Little Blossom has gained so much popularity that Boutz even joined a Facebook group called Blossom’s Devotees, which is unusual because it was not created by her. She clarified:

I’ve been fostering kittens intermittently for the past seven years. Blossom was one of three kittens I fostered from October 2019 to January 2020. They were dubbed the Powerpurr Girls. All three girls are doing well after being adopted by lovely forever homes.

“We’re all here because we adore Blossom, so let’s share that love and make each other happy,” Boutz continued.

More behind-the-scenes images from the picture shoot were also shared by the animal lover, displaying even more adorable shots of Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. It’s reasonable to assume that readers of the comments were smitten with the cats. Oh my gosh, that just brightened my day, someone exclaimed. Another simply said, “My favorite is blossom.” When she’s not smiling, she’s screaming, and I can understand, a third person humorously remarked.

Boutz posted a snapshot of the photo session she had done three years earlier on Instagram in October 2022. I can’t believe it’s been three years, she stated in the caption. Blossom grinned for the photo. Once more, the article served as a catalyst for individuals all across the world to express their affection for cats in general as well as for Blossom.

Blossom has undoubtedly made many on social media happy, but it’s vital to keep in mind that she isn’t the only kitten in foster care waiting for a home. Consider paying a visit to your neighborhood animal shelter so you may meet the adorable, homeless kittens there if you wish to bring a furry buddy into your house.
